Tour-specific Terms & Conditions

  • Tour costs are based on a tour party of 12 guests

  • All prices are based on an estimated USD rate for 2027 and quoted in AUD. In the event of a major exchange rate fluctuation, Mana Travel Adventures reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly.

  • Payment – land arrangements:

    • An initial non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 72 hours of invoice date to secure a place on the tour

    • The balance will be due 90 days prior to start of the tour, or as dictated by the supplier

  • Cancellation policy – land arrangements as per the Bench Africa terms & conditions:

  • Payment plan and cancellation policy – flights:

    • International and regional flights are not included in the main tour price.

    • Full payment is required for all flights prior to tickets being issued

    • Cancellation and change policies for flights are as per individual airline fare rules plus admin fees

    • Mana Travel Adventures will not be responsible for any flights booked under the guests own arrangements

  • Bookings are subject to cancellation fees as soon as the deposit is received

  • Cancellations must be received in writing

  • Comprehensive Travel Insurance is mandatory for the tour - copy of policy must be provided with final payment

  • Mana Travel Adventures can assist with but will not be responsible for the guests passport validity, visas, travel permits,  travel insurance, health certificates, inoculations and any other documents required for the tour.

  • Cost of visas are not included in the main tour cost.

  • Mana Travel Adventures reserves the right to change the final itinerary, at no notice, subject to local conditions at time of travel.
